Why did we choose (Ghada) as the team leader؟



1/ She takes responsibility.
2/ Well organized.
3/ Avoid outbreaks of panic and calm uncertainty.
4/ Collaborate with others on issue solutions.

Team Guidelines and Policies



1/ If the member didn’t submit her work on time without having an excuse to do so, she will be punished by taking extra tasks in the next phase.
2/ If the quality of the work is below expectation, you will be asked to do it again.
3/ Will not tolerate ditching the groups’ meetings and ignoring our phone calls without having a reasonable excuse.
4/ If a member is depending on others to solve or complete her tasks, she will be notified to complete her job by herself. If she did it again, other team members will decide what the proper punishment would be.
5/ If one member faces certain critical condition, her tasks will be divided between other team members.
6/ Before submitting each phase, all team members should gather to review their work and correct any mistakes if any were found.

Team Objectives


In this project we are concerned about learning the principles of Software Engineering. Besides that, we are hoping to enhance our work ethics, time management skills and improving our professionalism. Also we think that working with a group would help us to share learning values, resources and ways of doing things. And above all, enjoy the whole process.
